NOVA provides AI employees that automate customer interactions, bookings, and administrative work. Features may evolve over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for actions taken through your account. You must have authority to represent any business you register.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use NOVA to send unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive communications. Do not attempt to bypass security or extract other customers' data.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your business data remains yours. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Liability
NOVA is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NOVA's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
